I understand that I am gifting this session to a friend or family memeber and take all responsiblity for payment.

I understand that photos will be deliverd to the clients on the original contract as well as the person making this payment.

I understand that digital files will be provided based on the package chosen. No prints are included. Prints are sold seperatly.

Payment:

Sells are Final: digital files, or any other products related to the photography session are final. No refunds will be given once the products have been delivered to the Client. In the event of any fraudulent charges made for the photography session, the client shall be held fully liable and subject to legal action.

Copyright and Ownership:

Photographer retains all rights, copyrights, and ownership of the photographs taken during the photography session, including the right to use the photographs for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes.
