I had a 1 on 1 session with Jessica and it changed everything I thought about newborn photography. I was ready to quit before as my newborns would not sleep, settle or fall into the poses the way I thought they should. My sessions were taking 4 hours and babies would sometimes never fall asleep and i would find myself settling for crappy posing. I expressed all of my concerns to Jessica and she made sure to touch on all of them. We went over settling techniques to get babies relaxed from the beginning. This was one of the biggest aha moments for me. She walked me step by step on where to position her little dreamers props (posers) and how to mold baby into the poses as well as which angles and direction of lighting worked best. I seriously would recommend her to any photographer who is even just thinking about newborn photography. The session following my 1 on 1 was only an hour long with a six week old who slept the whole session and I delivered a full gallery to my clients. Thank you so much Jess!!
I found Jessica after looking around in the Denver area for a newborn photographer. Her work stood out the most, and I went ahead and booked both newborn and maternity shoots with her. Today I had my maternity shoot, and she far exceeded my expectations! Jessica let me choose from several gowns, was so patient with my little girls and family, and was professional and personable all at the same time.
